PU 424 | 423 | 422 (Globe) and 501 | 500 (Globe+): Improvements to your Intrastat file (Italian legislation)
Exact Globe supports both the CEE and I01 formats for your Intrastat return submissions. To further comply with the updated requirements by the Italian tax authorities, we have made enhancements to the Intrastat file.
Enhanced filtering for items
You can now filter the item type for stock tranctions and financial entries and display the respective items in the Intrastat file. This feature is applicable to both the CEE and I01 formats.
When you generate the Intrastat file either through Invoice > Statistics > Intrastat or Finance > VAT / Statistics > Intrastat, select one of the following options at the Item type field:
- Goods – This option lists goods only.
- Service – This option lists services only.
- All – This option lists both goods and services.
The following is an example of the Intrastat file (I01 format) displaying items filtered by the item type All.
The value for weight is rounded up
In your Intrastat file, the value for weight is rounded up to the nearest integer. If you have entered a value below “1” for the weight, the system adjusts this to “1” in the generated file. This is only applicable to the item type Goods.
In the example above, the weight for the section 1 sales goods line is “0000000001” compared to the value of “0.4900” in the Weight column for Statistical nr. “87149990”.
INTRASTAT data screen
If the VAT number in your Company data settings starts with the country code IT, the system removes the letters in the INTRASTAT data screen. This removal does not affect the VAT number in the Company data settings screen. The following example shows you this change:
