Release 370 : Intrastat for Portugal

Background
Previously, Portugal can only use the generic ‘International’ layout to generate return for INTRASTAT. From Release 370, Intrastat specifically for Portugal is supported in Exact Globe 2003

What has been changed

It is now possible for user to:

1.           Perform INTRASTAT Return Print for Portugal.

2.           Perform INTRASTAT Return Disk export for Portugal.

Click the ‘Start’ button under Invoice/ Statistic/ Intrastat (/ASN) to generate intrastat retun.

1.      When user starts the Return, user can choose to create return on Printer or on Disk.

2.      In case of Disk, a filename and location will be asked. Export will be with no compression of data and the default export file name (can be changed by user) will be PT<yymmdd>.TXT (but final output file will be change to IMPT<yymmdd>.TXT and EXPT<yymmdd>.TXT)

3.      User can choose to generate only Sales/Purchase data or both.

4.      It will always print detail report

5.      INTRASTAT data will be processed after the return is generated correctly.
