Product Update 501: Arbodienst Integration now supports Zorg van de Zaak through web service

Presently in Exact Synergy Enterprise, you can access the Arbodienst Integration service with a password and using only Certificate authentication as the authentication mode.

To support working with Zorg van de Zaak, we have now added Basic authentication as an additional authentication mode in Arbodienst Integration for web service. This mode requires you to enter a username and password.

To use Arbodienst Integration, do the following:

• Set up your Arbodienst environment in both Exact Synergy Enterprise and ELIS’ Arbodienst Integration Add-on.
• Define the correct URL at URL Arbodienst through HRM > Setup > General > Settings >Arbodienst.

Arbodienst Integration Add-on configuration changes in ELIS

We have made some updates to the Add-on configuration screen, as shown in the following:

• The new Basic authentication option is added to the Authentication mode field.
• The Web service configuration section is renamed Certificate information.
• A new section, Basic authentication information, is added. If you have selected Basic authentication at Authentication mode, it is mandatory for you to enter the required information here.

Standard error messages are displayed

In the server log for Arbodienst Integration Add-on (ELIS console), standard error messages are now displayed when you use a wrong username or password.

Note: In an error message, the filename can either be VZ (for Absence message) or WN (for Employee message), depending on the issue you encounter.
