Product Updates 410 and 409: Submissions of VAT returns and EU sales lists via Digipoort improved (Dutch legislation)

Previously, the responses from Digipoort on the submitted VAT returns and EU sales lists were listed under the Messages tab in the Send via Digipoort screen. In some cases, the error messages returned were classified as “To be sent” to indicate that the files sent required corrections before resubmission. Often, the meaning of this message was misinterpreted and caused vague course of actions.

Hence, as of product update 410, any error messages having status “To be sent” will be listed only when the Rejected check box in the Status section is selected, as shown in the following example:

This enhancement will improve the resubmission process.

To view the error messages in detail, select the required rejected submission, and then click the zoom icon on the left panel.
