PU 500: Mandatory activation of license
When you migrate from Exact Globe Next (EGN) to Exact Globe+, one of the first things you need to do when you open your company is to activate the Globe+ license. This is a mandatory step.
Do note that you have a grace period of 28 days to activate your license in order to access your company. To activate the license, simply provide your username and password. The following is an example of this:
Click the Activate button to begin the activation process. If activation fails, you can try again after 7 days.
You have the option to click Postpone to activate the license at a later date. However, if you do not activate your license after this period, you will lose access to your company. As such, we strongly encourage you to activate it before the 28 days end to avoid disruption to your business.
